Break 100: practice the strokes that cost you most.
Breaking 100 is not about hitting it further. It is about eliminating disasters. These drills target the three biggest score-killers for a 100-shooter: tee shots in trouble, mishit irons, and three-putts.

Frequently asked
What is the fastest way to break 100?
Eliminate penalty strokes. Two-thirds of 100-shooters lose 6+ strokes a round to OB, hazard, and lost balls. A tighter swing on driver and one safer club off the tee on tough holes saves 4-6 strokes immediately.
How often should I practice to break 100?
Two 45-minute focused sessions per week. Less than that and skills decay; more than that and your time is better spent on the course.
